Brian Batch BVSc

Brian opened Cooroy Veterinary Surgery in 1982. Brian enjoys all areas of veterinary practice, but spends the majority of his time these days looking after the dogs and cats of the Cooroy Hinterland.

Outside work, he enjoys tennis, touch football, sailing, surfing and falling off his motorbike. Married to Sharon, the Batch family have four children, Shannon, Brendan, Morgan & Justin.

Geneveve Nasmyth

A qualified Veterinary Nurse and employee of Cooroy Veterinary Surgery since 1990, Genny is the person most likely to answer the telephone in the mornings. An integral part of our team, her day varies from anaesthetic monitoring to debt collecting, and from ordering stock to answering the phone.

Kristy Rothwell

Also a fully qualified vet nurse, Kristy is a committed and enthusiastic member of our animal care team. Mostly working in the afternoons, she has been with Cooroy Vet Surgery since 1994, and enjoys time after work with a menagerie of different animals – just don’t ask her about the horses!!
